Will I be charged without warning?+
No. We email you a receipt after every payment, and a reminder 3 days before a monthly renewal (7 days before a yearly one) with the price, the date and a one-click cancel link.
How do credits work?+
Mygrah Plus gives you 1,000 credits each billing month. Each thing you do uses credits: a chat question 10, a deep question 20, a palm, face or future report 151, the full kundli 351. Credits reset on your billing date and don't roll over. Your account page shows how many are left.
What if I use all my credits?+
You can buy a single report for $4.99, or wait until your credits reset on your billing date. Nothing is charged automatically.
How do I cancel?+
Go to My Account and tap Cancel subscription. It's one click, no calls or emails. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Can I get a refund?+
Failed readings and palm or face photos that can't be read are refunded automatically. If something else isn't working or you're not happy, contact us and we'll look at it. See our refund policy for the details.
Is my information safe?+
Yes. Payments are handled by our payment partner, so we never see your card. Palm and face photos are deleted right after your reading, and we never sell your data.
