1. What Mygrah is

Mygrah is an AI astrology service. All readings, chat answers and reports are generated by AI from your birth chart or photos. No human astrologer reviews them.

2. Guidance and entertainment only

Readings are for guidance and entertainment. They are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice and should not replace a qualified professional. Don't make important decisions based only on a reading. We don't guarantee any outcome or prediction.

3. Your account

• You need to be at least 13 to use Mygrah, and at least 18 to make any payment.
• Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give accurate birth details. Readings depend on them.

4. Coins (India and lower-price countries)

• Coins are bought in packs and spent on chat questions, reports and passes. In India packs are paid in rupees through Razorpay. In the countries on our lower-price list, the same packs are paid in US dollars through Dodo Payments. Prices are shown before you pay.
• Prices depend on the country stored on your account when you signed up, not on the region you pick for browsing.
• The 1-Day Pass covers up to 40 chat questions in the 24 hours after you activate it. After that, questions are charged at the normal coin price.
• Coins are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Unused coins expire after that.
• Coins have no cash value, can't be transferred and are non-refundable, except as described in our Refund Policy.
• New accounts don't get free coins or free questions. Accounts made before November 2026 keep any free coins or questions they already have.

5. Mygrah Plus and reports (international)

• Mygrah Plus costs $14.99 per month or $107.99 per year. There is no free or paid trial. You pay the full price when you subscribe.
• The plan renews automatically at the same price every month (or every year for the annual plan) until you cancel.
• Mygrah Plus includes 1,000 credits per billing month. Each action uses credits as shown on the pricing page (for example a chat question 10, a full kundli report 351). Unused credits don't carry over. When they run out you can buy a single report or wait for the next billing month.
• In countries on our lower-price list, Mygrah Plus is sold as a one-time 30-day pass for $5.99 with 700 credits. It doesn't renew.
• One-time reports are available for $4.99 each, and the soulmate sketch for $9.99. They are not subscriptions and don't renew.
• We email a receipt after every payment, and a reminder 3 days before a monthly renewal (7 days before an annual one) with the price, the date and a cancel link.
• You can cancel with one click from your account page, where your next renewal date is shown. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• International payments are processed by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record, which also handles sales tax or VAT. Prices may include or exclude local taxes depending on your country.
• We can't take payments from some countries (for example because of sanctions). People there can still use the free tools.

6. Fair use

Mygrah Plus has a fair-use limit of 600 credits in any 24 hours to stop automated or abusive use. If you hit it, access frees up again within 24 hours. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, try to break it or resell it.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the questions and photos you send. You allow us to process them to give you the service. Photos are deleted after the reading. You must not upload photos of other people without their permission.

8. Our content

The Mygrah name, design, code and written content belong to us. You may share your own readings, for example with the share buttons, but you may not copy the site or its content for commercial use.

9. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on readings, or for indirect losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
