Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Mygrah ("we", "us") runs the website and app at this domain. For any privacy question, write to support@mygrah.com.

2. Data we collect

• Account details: your name, email and a hashed password when you sign up.
• Birth details: date, time and place of birth that you enter for kundli and other readings. We save them to your account so other tools can reuse them.
• Readings and chats: the questions you ask and the text of the readings we generate, so you can open them again later.
• Payment records: what you bought, the amount and the payment reference. We never see or store your full card or UPI details.
• Technical data: IP address, approximate country (used to show prices in ₹ or $), browser type and pages visited.

3. Palm and face photos

When you use palm reading or face reading, your photo is sent to our AI provider to create the reading. It is processed for that one reading and then deleted. We do not store your photos on our servers and we do not use them for face recognition or to train models. Only the text of the reading is saved.

4. How we use your data

• To calculate your chart and generate readings and chat answers.
• To run your account, coins, subscription and purchase history.
• To prevent abuse and fraud, and to keep the service working.
• To reply when you contact us.
• We do not sell your personal data.

5. AI processing

Readings and chat answers are generated by a third-party AI provider. We send them only what is needed for the reading: your question, the calculated chart data and, for palm or face, the photo. The provider processes this on our behalf and is not allowed to use it for its own purposes beyond what its terms permit for API customers.

6. Payments

Payments in India are handled by Razorpay. International payments and subscriptions are handled by Dodo Payments, which acts as Merchant of Record: it handles billing and sales tax or VAT for international customers. These companies process your card, UPI or wallet details under their own privacy policies. We only receive a confirmation, the amount and a reference ID.

7. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies: a login cookie to keep you signed in, a region cookie to remember ₹ or $ pricing, and local storage for your theme (light or dark). We don't use advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, this section will be updated.

8. How long we keep data

Account data, birth details and readings are kept while your account is active. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting laws require. Contact messages are kept for up to 1 year.

9. Your rights and data deletion

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. To delete your account and all saved birth details, readings and chats, email support@mygrah.com from your account email with the subject "Delete my data", or use the contact form. We'll confirm within 30 days. Payment records we must keep by law are kept separately.

10. Children

Mygrah is not meant for children under 13. Payments are only for users aged 18 or older.

11. Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Big changes will be shown on the site or sent by email.
