Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. No physical shipping

Everything you buy on Mygrah (coin packs, passes, Mygrah Plus, one-time reports and the soulmate sketch) is a digital service delivered online, inside your Mygrah account. We don't sell or ship physical products, so there are no shipping charges and no courier.

2. When you get it

• Coin packs, passes and Mygrah Plus: added to your account right after the payment succeeds, usually within a minute.
• AI readings and one-time reports: generated on screen after you start them, usually within a few minutes. Long reports show progress while they're written.
• Receipt: we email a receipt to your account email after every payment.
• UPI or bank payments can sometimes take a few minutes to confirm. Your purchase is added as soon as Razorpay or Dodo Payments confirms it.

3. Where to find your purchases

Log in with the same email you paid with. Your coin balance, plan, renewal date and saved readings are on your account page. Saved reports can be opened again any time while your account is active, and most can be downloaded as a PDF.

4. If something doesn't arrive

If your coins, plan or report haven't shown up within 24 hours of a successful payment, email support@mygrah.com or use the contact form with your account email, the payment date and the Razorpay or Dodo Payments reference. We'll add it or refund you in full, as our Cancellation & Refund Policy says.

5. Where we deliver

Mygrah works in any web browser, in India and most other countries. We can't take payments from a few countries, for example because of sanctions. People there can still use the free tools.
