Add the digits of your house or flat number and reduce to a single digit. If there's a letter, like 12B, we give it its Pythagorean value (B = 2), so 12B = 1 + 2 + 2 = 5. Hyphens and spaces are ignored, so A-14 counts as A (1) + 1 + 4 = 6.
